Welcome — I’m Laura.
I’m a Holy Fire® Reiki Master and lifelong intuitive, devoted to the sacred art of energy healing and remembrance. For over 15 years, I’ve walked beside others on their journeys through stress, transformation, grief, and growth — offering Reiki as a calming, clarifying presence.
My sessions are gentle but deep, often described as peaceful, potent, and surprisingly precise — especially at a distance. Clients frequently experience profound stillness, intuitive insights, and a sense of being lovingly seen by something greater than themselves.

I work intuitively, guided by energy and the subtle messages that arise during each session. Rather than following a script, I follow the soul — gently directing energy where it’s needed and translating what I receive in ways that bring relief, perspective, and renewed self-trust.
I also carry over two decades of experience as a graphic designer, a path that shaped my sense of beauty, detail, and deep listening — all of which now flow through my healing work.

My Personal Experience with Reiki
The First Light
My relationship with Reiki began quietly, during a season when everything else felt loud. It was 2007, and I was working in the fast-paced world of graphic design — outwardly successful, but inwardly overwhelmed.
I didn’t know what I was looking for when I booked my first Reiki session — only that something in me was tired of holding it all together. That session cracked something open. I experienced a sense of calm and clarity I hadn’t felt in years. I felt seen, not just emotionally, but energetically — like someone had turned the light back on inside me.
While I didn’t quite comprehend what was going on, I knew it mattered. Reiki became a thread I kept following — through trainings, attunements, career pivots, spiritual awakenings, and deep personal healing.
Now, all these years later, I see that Reiki was never just a modality — it was a remembering. A call back to the part of me that knows how to hold, how to witness, and how to walk with others through transformation.
That session changed my life. I didn’t know what was happening at the time, but I believe something ancient and true was reawakened in me — and I’ve been listening ever since.
This Work Today

For nearly two decades, Reiki has been a quiet companion on my path — a source of clarity, healing, and deep reconnection. As a Holy Fire® Reiki Master, I work with divine energy in a way that is intuitive, creative, and uniquely my own.
I’ve offered both sessions and classes — in person and at a distance — and each one has been a living transmission, shaped by the people, the moment, and the unseen helpers in the room.
At this time, I’m in the process of reimagining how I share this work. What’s coming next feels more intimate, more spirit-led, and more aligned with the Field Guide ethos: seasonal, spacious, and soul-directed.

Where I Serve
My work is no longer anchored to a single physical space. Healing, after all, transcends walls and borders. Whether through distant Reiki, channeled messages, or future gatherings, I offer this work from a place of deep presence — wherever I am, and wherever you are.
Everything I share now arises from a spacious, spirit-led container — one that honours timing, readiness, and intuitive resonance. In-person offerings may return in new ways, but for now, this field lives in the unseen — and it is still very much alive.
